What the Amazon connection will do
The connection is in development. The features below describe how it will work once it is available.
Order import
Once you authorize Dropright, your unshipped merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders will import into Dropright with their items, quantities and shipping addresses, so you won't have to key them in.
Labels in Dropright
You will compare rates across the carriers and services available to your account and buy labels one at a time or in batches, the same way you ship your other orders in Dropright.
Shipment confirmation
When you buy a label for an Amazon order, Dropright will send the tracking number and carrier back to Amazon and confirm the shipment.
Merchant-fulfilled orders only
The connection will cover orders you ship yourself. It will not manage Fulfillment by Amazon inventory, change your listings, or contact your buyers.
The Amazon data Dropright will use, and why
Dropright will ask Amazon only for the order and shipping access needed to ship your merchant-fulfilled orders. It will not sell this data, combine it across sellers, or use it for advertising.
Order details
Order numbers, order dates, items, quantities, prices and order status.
Why: To show each order in Dropright and know what to ship.
Buyer name, shipping address and delivery contact details
Only what the order needs to be delivered.
Why: To buy the shipping label and deliver the order. Used for merchant-fulfilled shipping only, never for marketing, and kept only as long as our Privacy Policy allows.
Shipment confirmation
Tracking number, carrier and ship date.
Why: Sent back to Amazon so you and your buyer see the order as shipped.
